Paperwork and handover

For the handover, a resident shows a UAE licence and an Emirates ID. A visitor shows a passport, a visit visa and a national licence: licences from Turkey, South Africa, the Gulf countries, most of Europe and many other countries are accepted directly, others need an international permit alongside. The Patrol can be handed over at Dubai airport, and you pay on delivery.
