• La Ville Hotel and Suites, at the hotel entrance.
• Coca-Cola Arena and Green Planet, at a meeting point agreed with the partner, ideally before the crowd arrives for a show.
• The villas and streets of Al Wasl and Jumeirah around the development.

Who rents a car in City Walk

City Walk is pleasant on foot, but it is a destination rather than a hub. Residents of its apartments rent a car to reach the office, the beach or the airport. Families come for Green Planet and the restaurants, concert-goers for Coca-Cola Arena, and visitors staying at La Ville use it as a stylish base between Downtown Dubai and the coast. Once you leave its streets, almost everything is easier by car.

How much does it cost to rent a car in City Walk?

The address does not change the price: a car costs the same in City Walk as anywhere else in Dubai. The category, the length of the rental and the deposit decide it. The table above shows the starting price of each category today.

Renting by the week starts from AED 500, and by the month from AED 1,475.

Driving and parking in City Walk

City Walk sits off Al Wasl Road, a short drive from Sheikh Zayed Road, so you can be in Downtown or DIFC quickly. On event nights at Coca-Cola Arena, the surrounding roads fill up, so plan around show times. Salik toll gates on the main roads are counted during the rental and paid at the end of it.

Most parking is underground, with car parks below the streets and valet at many restaurants and at the hotel. Check the conditions posted at the entrance, and ask your building how guests park.

Each rental includes around 250 km per day, enough for the beach, Downtown and back in a day.

From City Walk to the airport and the coast

Dubai International Airport is across the Creek, reached through Sheikh Zayed Road, and you can also have the car delivered at Dubai Airport when you land. In the other direction, the beaches of Jumeirah and Al Satwa are a short drive away.

Documents you need

UAE residents: a UAE driving licence and an Emirates ID. Tourists: a passport, a visit visa and your home driving licence. Licences from the UK, the United States, Canada, most European countries and many others are accepted as they are; for other countries, add an International Driving Permit. The minimum age depends on the partner and is shown on each car page.
