Rent Exeed LX 2024 in Dubai

Exeed LX rental in Dubai

Most visitors have never heard of Exeed, so start there: it is the premium brand of Chery, one of China's largest carmakers, created to sit above the mainstream models with better materials, more equipment and a quieter cabin. The LX is its compact five-seat SUV, powered by a turbocharged petrol engine with an automatic gearbox. It sits in two of our categories, SUVs and economy cars, because it offers the space and high seat of the first at a price closer to the second.

Rentop is a marketplace: each LX on this page belongs to a licensed rental partner in Dubai, and you book it at the price that partner sets.

Today 4 cars can be booked on this page, from AED 130 per day.

How much does it cost to rent an Exeed LX in Dubai?

The daily price depends on the model year, the trim, the partner and the length of the rental. The table above shows every listing with its own daily, weekly and monthly price.

Prices start at AED 130 per day and go up to AED 220, depending on the car.

By the week, rentals start from AED 770.

By the month, they start from AED 2,900.

Renting for longer lowers the cost per day: see our weekly car rental and monthly car rental pages, and our guide on how much it costs to rent a car in Dubai.

Rent an Exeed LX with no deposit

Depending on the partner, an LX can be rented with no deposit. When a listing is deposit-free, nothing is blocked on your card, and each listing shows whether a deposit is needed before you book. Every deposit-free car on the site is on our no deposit car rental page.

1 of the LX listings need no deposit, from AED 220 per day.

When a deposit is required, it ranges from AED 1,000 to AED 2,500 depending on the car.

Why rent an Exeed LX in Dubai

• Well equipped for the money: Exeed builds its cars with generous equipment, and on a rental what you notice is the air conditioning, the screens and the seats rather than the badge.
• An easy first car in the UAE: a high seating position to see across several lanes, compact dimensions for underground parking and an automatic gearbox for stop-start traffic.
• Room for a small family: five seats and a practical boot for suitcases or a weekly shop.
• A sensible long rental: a good fit for new arrivals waiting for a company car or residents between two cars.

Living with the LX in Dubai

The LX is at its best as a daily car: commuting from Al Nahda or International City to an office in Jumeirah Lake Towers, school runs, airport pick-ups and weekend drives up the coast. Two habits help in summer: park in the shade whenever you can and use a windscreen sunshade, because cabins heat up fast. And stay on tarmac and graded roads; a road SUV is not a dune vehicle, and soft sand at the edge of desert tracks catches out many visitors.

Alternatives to the Exeed LX

Compare the Exeed TXL, the brand's larger SUV, the Haval Jolion or the MG ZS for other compact SUVs at a similar level, or the Hyundai Tucson for a familiar family SUV. Every model of the brand is on our Exeed page.

Mileage, Salik and delivery

Dubai road tolls (Salik) are counted during the rental and paid at the end of it. Extra kilometres are charged at the rate shown on each listing, and insurance details are on each car page.

Each rental includes around 250 km per day, and extra kilometres cost from AED 0.50 to AED 3 per km depending on the car.

The partner brings the car where you are: your hotel, your home, your office or Dubai Airport. You check the car and your documents together, and you pay at that moment.

Documents you need

UAE residents: a UAE driving licence and an Emirates ID. Tourists: a passport, a visit visa and your home driving licence. Licences from the UK, the United States, Canada, most European countries and many others are accepted as they are; for other countries, add an International Driving Permit. The minimum age depends on the partner and is shown on each listing.
